ORDERING

You Will need to provide us with colour photographs of your horse, a horse shoe (optional), and a payment of £149 plus delivery. Delivery is usually £9.50 but is free to the UK & Ireland for all orders placed before christmas.

Ordering is simple, and may be done in one of two ways.
1. Online. Fill in the form on this website, upload your digital photos to our server, and make your payment via our online payment providers secure server. Click here to do this now.
2. By post. Print out and fill in a copy of our order form. Send it to us together with your photos and payment. Click here for a copy of our order form.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only replicate your horse's image to the quality of the photography that you provide. Please provide a minimum of four which show all angles of your horses head including any specific markings under chin or other areas

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Carol Rogers Equine sculptures are hand painted onto fine bone china busts. We shall endeavour to replicate your horses markings as closely as possible to your supplied photographs but as each piece is individually hand painted, allowances must be given for artistic interpretation.
2. Photographs will be returned with the completed personalised sculpture. Although they will be treated as carefully as possible, no responsibility can be given to their loss or damage.
3. Delivery will be within 28 days of receipt of order.
4. Due to our policy of continual product improvement Carol Rogers Ceramics reserves the right to alter specifications without notice.
5. Every effort will be taken to despatch your personalised sculpture as carefully as possible. If in the adverse event of damage, any breakages must be advised within seven days of despatch date.
